Anfang 1950er Sofa
Ein Einzelstück, das in einem Konvolut dabei war.
Die Sofabeine weisen auf eine Entstehung um 1950 hin.
Wohnzimmermöbel mit diesen Schrank- und Kommodenfüßen fand ich schon 1949.
In Swantje Köhlers "Lexikon der Puppenstuben und Puppenhäuser"
sind Abbildungen aus Katalogen zu finden.
Mein Sofa ist mehrere Male als Ottomane abgebildet,
d.h. als Ruhesofa, die Rückenlehne endet in der Mitte und
dadurch fehlt an einer Seite die Armlehne.

Wir sind etwa zehn Jahre in der Möbelentwicklung weitergesprungen.
Helle und dunkle Holzstreifen sehen wir sofort.
Dieses Wohnzimmer gehörte in ein >selbstgebautes Puppenhaus.
Das Design ist ein typischen "Fifties"-Beispiel.
Hochmodern ist die Wirkung von Leichtigkeit gegenüber der Schwere am Anfang der Dekade.
Die Farben sind hell, die Muster verspielt, die Formen geben sich leicht
und sind wie der Tisch auch mal nicht rechteckig.
Alle Möbelstücke stehen auf abgeschrägten Füßen,
als wären sie federleicht.
Ofen und Fernseher sind von Rudolf Süß,
die Blumenbank ist von Edmund Müller.

Ein idealer Raumtrenner also.

begegnet.

Die Sesselform und auch das Bezugsmuster
ist in den Fünfzigern geblieben.
Schrank und Tisch haben die Formen und das Holz der Sechziger übernommen.
Teak und klares, leichtes, gerades Design.
