Auch wenn das Haus in schlechtem Zustand ist - die Farbe bröckelt, die Tapeten hatten sich vorher teilweise abgelöst, die Metallteile waren verrostet - so hat doch wenigstens niemand daran herumrestauriert.
Vier Räume, ein kleiner Abstellraum - oder WC? - unter der Treppe, die Garage und viele Terrassen, Platz ist genug.
The house is in a bad condition, the paint is partly gone, the metal parts are full of rust, but I am very glad that nobody tried to restore it.

Dating this house is difficult because of the lack of catalogues but in 1960 they were advertising a similar dolls house. But they sold this type of house years earlier I guess.
